Renting vs Buying

If you are looking for a new place to set up home yet still need to be within easy reach of London, how about looking at places in Berkshire?

Warfield is a small parish around 30 miles west of London and is perfect if you are looking for a more rural location yet still within easy access into the city.

Both the M4 and M3 are just a 5-10 minute drive away and Bracknell railway station is close by offering a direct service into London Waterloo taking around 1 hour.  Need a faster train link then Reading is a short drive away but offers a much quicker journey of around 25-30 minutes.  Heathrow airport is also easily accessible taking around 30 minutes with Gatwick a little further.

Many families choose Warfield property for their home to ensure they get their child into either Warfield C of E or Whitegrove Primary School both of which are two fantastic local schools. Some choose to buy straight away whilst others rent for a while close to one of the schools and once their child has been accepted into the school they will look to buy.
